As an HODLer my plans are pretty much similar that of yours, I will hold on to some of the best coin throughout the year and try to increase my portfolio, wait for the perfect time before selling any part of it.
I will keep seeking new promising projects from neo and ethereum platforms. This is my most important plan actually. When you find good ones, it makes your live easy. 2018 is not specific for me but 2019 is also okay.
