if BTC will comeback to 20k USD, it will be possible to reach there. But for now, BTC is facing to much attacks, not only in government, but also more and more upcoming projects are on their way to compete with BTC dominance.
This price might look extremely high to you, but it's not a high price when you take inflation into account. Bitcoin can make $100k within 2-3 years with the momentum it gains from the community and venture capitals.
