Yes its not a good timing for ico, with the current hard market its not so easy to raise fund. But I think that it possible to raise some money even with that. Cryptoflix suffer a bit from that, but I think that the ico can work better if the market restart a bit.
It's not the best time. But do not forget that last year at this time bitcoin was 3K$ and ETN only 300$. I think that the problem is that people have purchased these currencies at their peak, and now just do not want to admit the fact that they are burned and keep them in their hands not trying to recover the lost money by investing in existing projects!
But people can also be understood - it is hard to lose money in the hope of investing them in a project with uncertain prospects. Any ICO is ultimately a matter of trust. Therefore, it is not easy to make a decision about investing.
