I joined an ico in january 2018 and it was a bad ico. The price of this ico is 1/6 of the ico price and i lost about 3000$ if i sell now. Someone can tell me what should i do? Sell or countinue Holding? 
This would be entire depending on your decision if you can still able to handle out to hold those shit coins into your bags and watching it slowly dying or do still hope for it to pump.If you do see the dev of the coin is still making updates or not totally dead then i can still see a reason for im to hold that one but if i do see that the team already abandoned such project then i would definitely sell it of on loss and move on to the mistake i have done.
