honestly if that 25 btc is valid you should take it an run! i highly doubt you will get better.
and tomorrow a BTC could fall to $1, or anything could happen in the several months the property takes to transfer......the spirit is supposed to be not comparing a bitcoin to fiat currency or might as well just auction a property in dollars/euros etc right, or basically admitting that bitcoin has no use as a currency!
