You can pay with Bitcoin in several stores and even restaurants here in Germany. Are we the only one who have this? 
Here in the Philippines, it is not much known but some food chains especially those who sell pizza can actually buy using bitcoin. In this site calles LifeWire, they eliminated the companies which accepts bitcoin payment and PizzaforCoins is one of them. It is affiliated with Domino, Pioza hut or Papa Johnss and they will even deliver it to your house. So if you dont have cash, but have bitcoin, try it.
