I joined an ico in january 2018 and it was a bad ico. The price of this ico is 1/6 of the ico price and i lost about 3000$ if i sell now. Someone can tell me what should i do? Sell or countinue Holding? 
If the devs are still active and run what is on the road map should you have to withstand 1-2 months until the token price you buy the same as the price of ico first. If within a period of 1-2 months the token doesn't show the increase should be selling only than you lose all your investment.
