I am in favor of teaching the children to be business oriented. It will make them more independent and knows how to earn money at an early age.Anytime they can apply for any job but if they know how to manage a business they can have both.
here on the Philippines McDonald's are offering summer programs for kids as service crew for them. To teach them how to make burgers and greet customers. It left me to realize that this is employee mentality. Why not reach a child to bake cookies so that he can have additional income even when Summer breaks.

Some great businessmen and CEOs are successful because of the experience they’ve had. Not only do they know how to be good leaders, but they know how it is like or have experienced how it is down the lines. I don’t see anything wrong with being taught to be a good employee.

From what I know, in Uniqlo (famous retail store) you’ll first have to go through sales first before getting up the ranks. No one gets to be manager before going through those levels first.

Of course, having your own business is different altogether. The hard part of entreneurship is coming up with something that’s unique or new to the market, and of course making it survive. There are a lot of businesses that fail because of poor management.
