You'll find that location is 0° 0' N/S, 0° 0' E/W... or, to put it another way, at the junction of the Prime Meridian (0° Longitude) and the equator (0° Latitude)... most likely because the GEOIP lookup for your "bad" 0.0.0.0 IP address has returned all zeros
