I don't know about this project, but i know that almost all of masternode coins are scam.
I guess that 90% of the masternode coins are scam.

There are some details that increase the chance os scam:
-only 1 dev
-poor white paper/clone parts/no whitepaper
-too high masternode reward
-too high ROI(usually above 1000% yearly is scam)
-too high premine
etc
