Micromegas and WitoldC I also have the same issue. I verified today but my account is still frozen. I created a support ticket.
I just lost money in Bitgrail when they closed their witdrawals. I sent money to Poloniex only for short period of time for some bot testing and then this happens. I thought I could trust Poloniex after they were bought by Circle / Goldman Sachs. But it looks like things have not gotten better but worse.
