Again, the smart thing is to contact support and wait for their response. There is nobody that is able to help you right now on this forum other than give you advice on what to do.

There are two possibilities with you and OP:

1. Your daily 2 BTC unverified limit was all used up, which is why your limits show as zero.
2. Binance has placed a restriction on your account, automatically or manually. Only support can help you in this case.

You should know by just waiting 24h, if the limits re-generate then just withdraw again. Otherwise, wait for a reply in their support ticket system.
