What is new in this DexDelta?

I'm not seeing the point of another fork!
The only plus you present is having new registered tokens.

But you can use EtherDelta and ForkDelta for every token. There is no need to have it registered.
If you know the contract address you can trade any token.

Nevertheless, I congratulate you in your initiative to improve crypto world.
