Can I send or receive coins from other accounts at this time?

I tried the GUI wallet by importing the keystore file.
I found some missing features:
1. Cannot export private key from GUI wallet
2. Cannot select folder from which the wallet runs
(C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Webchain) is pain)
Please add those in the next release.
