for nonbelievers and HERO MEMBERS I took an only partial screenshot of that video I wasn't allowed by that company to post, please keep your comment to yourself before you will see.

that screenshot only show balance... I can show you the same by importing watch-only addresses or simple html edit
if that service did hack into thief's bc.info wallet then they can control the funds unless 2nd password is activated

that account is empty already
the thief's account? how would that service knows if the thief is using bc.info and his wallet ID?
since that service hacked into thief's wallet, ask them to sign a message using the thief's address
please re-read my previous post and understand the bolded part

can you tell us your bitcoin address and where it went to (thief's btc address)?
you've lost it already, so disclosing those addresses won't hurt you at all
