This is utterly moronic. How the fuck can you build a statue of an anonymous person? 
It's probably a scam anyway just to beg for money for the project and seems like it's already worked:

Most of the statues represents anonymous people. Since the goal is not to show who they are, but, rather, what they represent. There is a difference between a statue and a bust. A bust, by design, represents someone.
But a statue could be a demonstration of the ideas that Satoshi represented. Still, it would be a personal view of the artist on Nakamoto. But in that case, a face would not be the most important, but all the dress and attitude of the statue.
