I have just missed the TEST dICO of monaize project so when does this dICO project launch ? I really want to join this dICO with my KMD coins.

I do not really know exactly when but it seems that Monaize dICO project is very very close to the launching time when Test dICO of Monaize has been successfully ended . I think you should be ready for this dICO now.
