For any ICO's that launched their coin/token after January 15th they are likely many times lower than their ico price just due to the bear market. Which sucks if you bought during the actual sale but makes this market full of great options to pluck up some good projects for cheap. When the market turns around some of these coins will do a massive run. I'm not an ico buyer myself but I absolutely keep track of the ones that look good to see what happens a couple of months down the road. Sometimes this is a safer bet. Its okay to miss a profitable trade. That is always better than buying into an un-profitable one.
