Again, I ask Danny to give us a proper update that explains the details of this deal. In a typical, non bitcoin, business a deal like this could not be made without shareholder approval first. All we are asking for are details that were promised to us.
Keep in mind that when you purchased shares, you did so acknowledging that those shares did not come with voting rights. In other words, they don't need shareholder approval.
We've been told there are legal documents in place that prohibit Danny from explaining more. What do you expect him to do? Violate those?
Yeah, I know we don't have voting rights, and I never said we did. But, you know, if this company wasn't in the Bitcoin economy, Danny would have been removed by the shareholders by now. If his goal is to help the image of Bitcoin, he's not doing anyone any favors.
I expect Danny to do what he says. If he says "I'll give you details on the deal on Friday", I expect him to do just that. I don't know the specifics of his legal arrangements, it's his duty to inform us of those, not ours to assume what they might be.
You act like it is unreasonable for shareholders to expect clarification when promised.
