I think they work with as servants or serve, they work and then they will be rewarded in the form of coins and coins that can be exchanged with bitcoin.
Servants? I don't think so. They do works, they follow rules and do the things they should do to earn currencies or Bitcoin that they can exchange into money or fiat after time.
