The success of every crowdsourcing platform is based on groups of workers and employers who are willing to deliver high-quality work and pay fairly.
One critical success factor for that is that both worker and employer do not consider themselves as competitors but as partners in the system.
Thus we will foster an active community with a lot of interactions between all our users, either workers or employers.
