There have been to many ICO projects in late 2017 and in Q1 - 2018. Most of them have turned out to be useless project or scam or simply garbage.

Anyway, If you are going to invest in ICO, you need to do your research. Investing in ICO is always a bet and you should take the risk. Risk means profit; without risk you can't get anything big.
