I've seen a lot of topics like this but I don't know how to do it.
Quoting someone in order to see how someone did a certain formatting is generally a good idea. In this case though, it wouldn't help as the icon in the subject isn't part of the quotation
If you want to change it, simply select one in the drop-down:
