I am expecting huge raise in neo from this list. They have less icos than ethereum but those icos are getting successful. Coin itself is nice competitor to ethereum even if it burns too much gas. This is my opinion.

Neo ICOs are successful because shit companies don't run ICOs on Neo. Neo has absurdly high fees to start an ICO. This ensures that only quality ICOs are attracted to neo.
