Blame lightlord not Lutpin, hes online regularly enough & is obviously ignoring Lutpins messages. It doesnt take 8 or 9 weeks to sort this.

My guess is that the delay has more to do with Lutpin being busy, or something like that.
Actually he is waiting for lightlord to decide if he is going to raise the rates or not
