you can't buy tokens like on an exchange. ecryptostore is more like a marketplace where you can buy items with crypto - NEM, ETH for example.
Ecryptostore use smart contracts as escrow for transactions from P2P to reduce 3th partys and middle mans, for each buy on ecryptostore.
Usage of smart contracts instead of escrow from 3th party like PayPal.
How many tokens are sold is a good question for FMT_austin - We will get back soon with the answer.
