Interesting, and strange. I'd like to know what you find. I've not had time to try to install verge core and download the entire chain to check myself.
I checked now in all my 3 wallets (same wallet.dat) and it is orphan in all. I think is a verge explorer issue or probably the block was initially confirmed and later orphan.
The block height was 2219796 ops sorry 2219797
