Its not necessary for you to ask support related to this matter because promotions would really have always terms and conditions attached with that unless if you cant find such information then thats the time you would really need to ask if you are hesitated on what would be the roll over requirement. Its not really confusing because terms can basically understand with just a simple reading.It isnt really hard.
