It is very understandable for me that people are scared of holding anymore. Altcoin collapsed so hard and many started to believe they will not coming back. I don't trust this. I believe we will see new moon at least expected.
Talk about the progress and not about digression. ETH does not look in that hot water. It rather is recovering fast and swift and besides, how can you say ETH will not be able to see 2020? Almost all the experts who talk about ETH in their talk shows keep the data in front of them and then speak. Had they known the dark future of ETH, they would have withdrew their own investment as well but no the have not. And I do not think they will for they say good days are coming and ETH might cross the $2000 value in 2018. 2020 might unfold some more secrets.
