sometimes ICO will have a high rating, later on, will turn into a scam just look Hacshard sorry I mean Hashcard ICO with 4.9 rating out of 5 with showing a working card product. turn out the card is a preloaded debit card with expiry and a fake logo of binance support on its website. sadly I'm one of the victim of this scam   a High rating ICO does not guarantee a success. an ICO it's much better to check the team honesty and realistic goal of the project
