First make your BTC or ETH wallet (Myetherwallet). Once you have a Bitcoin/ETH wallet, you use a traditional payment method such as credit card, bank transfer (ACH), or debit card to buy Bitcoins on a Bitcoin exchange (example: Coinbase). The Bitcoins are then transferred to your wallet.

If your country supports coinbase then it is the best option for you. Else CEX.io, Coinmama, Indacoin are few where you can but through creditcard.
Its my suggestion, always prefer local exchanges to buy cryptos.
