Yes this is indeed the greatest time to buy lots of bitcoin this is the cheapest price that it can get because the whales are trying to lower the price with the planned consensus. Then resell when the price hits atleast $9000. Im sure there will be a bullish run once again.
Those whales are only there to manipulate the environment for us and make the price down, so people become afraid of lose so they sell at this down rating but it is time to hold, if you have your bitcoin dont sell when you see market is falling and if you have capital take advantage of fallen price, as my friend have bought some bitcoin at price of 8k dollar that he is holding and still and we can see make price of bitcoin is almost 10k these days which is increasing now more and more, so hold it a at low and sell at high, so if you have money just buy now it is perfect time to get some bitcoin.
