It sounds very nice, even though I didn't understand all the mecanisms why the token should appreciate so much in future. Of course, if the gold price will rise, this is fully understandable, but if not? Anyway, the whitepaper is very well done, even though it could have had a few details more.
One more time : Gold total supply allocated to Jinby will increase years after years, so token value will increase too.
