As far as I know, the products or the tools are already being used for transportation. The ICO is meant for expansion and not a start-up operation. Actually I often wonder how will they integrate the token holders with the long-time stock holders of the parent company.

You are right! Smart containers is up and running, this token sale is to raise funds and expand.
