I think that this is not the lowest price for Ethereum. According to forecasts, it should drop to 300, then you can really invest to the maximum, knowing that the bull market will reimburse everything that is lost this year.
Just not sure why will btc fall due to which all altcoins market will fall and we can see ETH might be available in 300$. I strongly feel that this might be the lowest for this year and those looking to buy should start buying before the price keep on rising in future.
