It's not only hard but unnecessary.  I think I read like 1/4 of it before I determined that it's the usual whining, excuse-laden brick that gets laid by folks who get busted for copy/pasting.  I get PMs like this when I tag bounty cheaters and account sellers.

They say "I just made a mistake!!", and that's all a bunch of bullshit because anyone over the age of 13 should know that pasting a bunch of text into a discussion forum and not citing it--and thereby passing said text off as your own--is wrong.  These same people know that shoplifting or robbing a bank is wrong, too, and they just aren't enamored of the consequences.

OP, you are shit out of luck with this appeal, although I'm not a moderator.  Take a look in Meta and you'll see how many of these appeals are successful.  NONE.  The only one I've seen get a second chance was Lone Shark, and after being reinstated he got a neg by Hilariousandco--so he didn't exactly get off scot-free.
But plagiarizers are, and that's what you ought to focus on.  You're not a normal user, either.  You're a content thief.  Also, you're not a victim here so stop pretending you are.  No one gives a shit about what you say.
