Just going to make a little prediction here - the products which shipped were probably Fast-Hash-80's which are the avalon clones.
If they are fast-hash-one's then all I would say is:
Ken, pictures of your products will increase sales. The barriers to entry are high enough not to worry about competition because everyone has to blaze their own trail here, and speed is key. You need as much revenue as soon as possible to get as many chips online and hashing in the quickest possible timeframe. Worrying about competitors will only do harm, not good.
The fastest way to accelerate right now, is to show picture of your products, and videos of them hashing. These things take an inexcusably small amount of time.
If what you shipped was Fast-Hash-80's then your announcement was disingenuous and you may have undermined your credibility. If what you shipped was fast-hash-one's then you should have made that abundantly clear with photos. Either way I'm not impressed with your attitude on IRC, in fact it's deplorable. I understand you need to worry about the SEC, but saying "it's a scam" on IRC could be considered to be the most damaging piece of insider trading or market manipulation you've ever disclosed.
You are also too paranoid about seeking help. If someone is an investor and is helping you, just lock their shares so they can't trade. I would have been happy to do that when I offered to help (although I won't go into detail so as not to facilitate further FUD).
In short you need to up your game, grow up a little (IRC tantrum), stop worrying about others (competitors/paranoia about helps/investors), be clear, comprehensive and accurate in your announcements, and focus on VMC/Active Mining. Get a PR person and let them interact with investors, it's not your strong suit.
