What will happen by reporting? He is gone. Even if they ban his account he can make a new one.

Jacob mentioned that they are different people, but their behaviour leads to the conclusion, that they are one and the same person.
He can make a new one, yes, but premiumproductss wont be usable anymore, if it is under observation.
