Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.

Yeah, pretty much everything that's going on with BTC affects alts.
It's all logical, BTC is is the first crypto coin and it holds most of the market so at this moment BTC="crypto market" and if something wrong is happening to it then all of the alts are affected.
