I read that NEO has several drawbacks in technical aspect. I would rather invest in Ethereum.
I have not heard about any technical issues with them but rather with their government, moving forward both these platform will face stiff competition but the biggest challenge will be the regulations that the governments around the world will impose on these ICO and that is not a good sign for the market for the price to rise in both these platforms.
