Sorry  but I do not know and I think there has not such a statistics which country hosts the highest number of bitcoin users and bitcoin trading volumes in the world.
Yes jpy is the highest volume for btc. But it does not mean that japan hosts highest number of bitcoin users and bitcoin trading volumes.
