Smart Advertising Transaction Token ICO (SaTT)
SaTT tokens will be used to govern advertising transactions between advertisers and publishers. SaTT will make transactions faster, safer and less expensive with our Smart Contract SaTT working on the Ethereum network.

I know this isn't an ICO it's an upcoming fork that caught my attention especially their innovative intitiative.They will be introducting a new Consensus protocol called Proof of Ambassador(PoA), Multi-state engine, Multichain and Blockchain-as-a-Service.PoA is an hybrid consensus approach to Proof of Authority and Proof of Stake. Multi-state engine does not facilitate a single state/ Blockchain pair, but instead of allows for multiple state/Blockchain pairs.
