This is only true if you accept their definition of back order.   I have an order I made on the second of August that hasn't been sent yet.  As I understand it, the units from their Thanksgiving sale that were supposed to "instantly" ship haven't shipped yet.  BFL has also stopped their daily updates that say up to what date they have shipped to.

IMHO they continue to be bad actors.  If they were trying to fix the problems they wouldn't be making posts that say "we're up to date" because they aren't.
