из моего корявого перевода на русский: "Но это не то, что должно поощрять людей к получению заслуг. Вот почему я отметил его красным YES. На столе я не обвиняю вас ни за что, это просто предупреждение для пользователей. Так что не воспринимайте это всерьез."

I thought I needed an explanation here on this Russian Section because it seems like a lot you in my list are from this section. I am sorry I do not speak or write Russian however I assume you guys will understand it. I use google translation to read your posts if anyone mention me.
Look guys, I did not accuse anyone in my table, all I wanted is to warn the readers not to take encouragement from the users who marked with a red YES. After seeing too much negativity, I have changed the format of the table. I am sure now it looks better.
Sorry if I hurt anyone's feeling, it was not my original intention.
PS: If you are listed on the table but your initial merit was not 0 then please confirm me on the topic

100 to 250+ merit achievers
250 to 500+ merit achievers and finally
500 to 1000+ merit achievers.
