I suppose you will not find trusted service without ID verification... Try spectrocoin.com though... They require id only when you load big amounts on your card. So for first time it can be usable.

I tried them before. First time they delivered me the card and the second time I ordered and paid for it they did not send it.

From ads: https://jaycard.com. Didn't use it before personally. But they don't require id.

I see jaycard offers cards, but cannot see any VSS.
I need virtual credit card for verification.
