I'm late into party!
In fact, love the most later part of there promise as it said "pre organized pump" by 255℅ . Unfortunately from the later part of last year the rise of fake pump and dump was played key role for SEC to create something like "HoweyCoin" Fun.
But as a learner of crypto it seems
to me "as an initiative to neglect morality of crypto using SEC powered by so called centralized landlords!
