Is there anything I can do to get these cores to work? On board 3 none of the cores work, and on board 2 about 24 out of the 192 cores seem to stay off.
I just got the miner today and when I initially started it up the hashrate climbed up to about 660/670, but later i checked and noticed it was running at about 480GH/s.

Do you have a flaky power supply?
You really should be able to find a supply that can deliver 12V -- 12.2V -- 11.8V might be an issue.
I have a seasonic plat. and it says 11.8v on mine but it works fine...I'd like to think seasonic isn't a flaky psu
but mine is a oct. unit...feel sorry for everyone that is having problems with nov. units...you'd think the extra time/wait for these units they'd all arrive perfect...or most of them...good luck to you all
