It is so great that there are projects like Lancer. It gives many opportunities to people that dont have academic degrees but want to find a job.
True. I am sure that employers will be happy to use it too. It is a low-price labor marketplace. I dont say it will be the cheapest, but it will be much more attractive than the real one.
