Doesn't matter what price is now to be honest, when you have tokens you are free to sell or hold it and depending on price you can do your choise! You will never waste a good opportunity.
but holding now is a good option for the holders and if they will sell now then they will not get any good benefit from their sale because already the coins are in the dumped price and no one is felling any profit in these coins.
For the coins which have a good potential and a good project there is no need to look at its price that it is under one dollar or above than one dollar but if it is good then hold them and it will give you the benefit.
