Need to cash out BTCP since pool is offline, have .00095 stuck which is not the minimum .001. How do I get this out?

In crypto, everything is important, but I won't cry over this one.
You would think that balances would be pushed out when a pool is closed, but time after time, sites just keep our balances and then they disappear. Bulwark took me for about $20, Altminer probably 2/3rds of that. Coinfoundry was the only one that stepped up when they closed a pool, wish MPH would do the same.
